We will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to the following: injury damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company, or person engaged in conveying passengers/guests, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.
The client/guest must present the form of payment used in the transaction (credit or debit card) at the time of check-in, otherwise the client must make the total payment directly to the Hotel.
